And what&#8217;s best is for Don Rumsfeld to remain as the secretary of defense.&#8221;<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m the decider&#8221;?  Can you imagine anyone past the fourth grade using that phraseology?
