Silva, Maytag president. The photo was taken in Kuwait.<\/i><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"padding-left:10px; padding-right:10px\">Does this surprise anyone?  The news media has been the bush-leaguers&#8217; lapdog all along.
